We want you to feel confident when shopping with Meltbeads. Because many of our bead products are manually sorted, packed, and prepared for each order, our return policy is designed to be clear and fair.
Returns
We accept return requests for unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us first at support@meltbeads.com with your order number.
Please do not send any items back before your return request is approved. Return instructions will be provided after approval. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing from the order.
Opened or Used Items
Opened, used, or mixed bead packs are not eligible for return.
Custom Products
Custom items, personalized products, and custom pattern services are not eligible for return or refund unless there is an error on our side.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
– Your order number
– Clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue
– A short description of the problem
Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund after review.
Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Item
If your order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
If your order has already shipped, please wait until the package arrives and contact us to request a return if the item is unused and unopened.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact us. We’ll help review the tracking information and work with you on the next steps.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
