At Meltbeads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fuse bead products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return (Important)

Please do not send your purchase back to the sender’s address on the package. To start a return, you must contact us first at support@meltbeads.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: For general returns (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong item), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Our Responsibility: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item), we will gladly cover the return shipping costs or send you a free replacement without requiring a return.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@meltbeads.com with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the problem and make it right immediately.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our designated facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal) within 3-5 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened or partially used fuse bead packs/kits
